The University of London colleges Queen Mary and Royal Holloway, and the University of London Institute in Paris, have set up a Consortium with the aim of developing joint research and teaching programmes and promoting exchanges of staff and students. Projects currently being discussed include a three-year BA degree in Single Honours French for high-calibre students, an MA in Anglo-French Studies and a Research Centre in Paris whose aim is to facilitate intellectual exchanges between French and British academics working in the fields of Francophone history, politics, literature, language and culture.
