The School of Languages Linguistics and
Film is a collaboration of 8 departments.
The Film

challenging courses in languages
and culture that can be taken
in combination with other subjects. The
school's Linguistics
department has a broad range of applied
and practical courses in the scientific
study of language and has been
ranked top in the last two Research

Literature provides a range of
intellectually stimulating courses with
intercultural thrusts. The Language Centre
(formerly the Language and Learning Unit) provides a range of courses
College-wide in English and foreign languages and in associated study
skills.
We offer a unique and highly productive
academic set up with a friendly and
efficient student support environment
and excellent teaching practices which
