Sibylle Lewitscharoff
Sibylle Lewitscharoff was born in Stuttgart in 1954 and after having spent some time in Buenos Aires and Paris lives in Berlin today. She has published several books to date and also writes plays, essays, stories and features for the radio. She was awarded the Ingeborg Bachmann Prize in 1998 for her first novel Pong and the Auszeichnung der Stiftung Buchkunst for Der höfliche Harald in 2000.
